On July 7th, 2020, CANAVUA's executive director, Dicky Dikamba, was confirmed to the provincial Alberta Advisory Council on the Francophonie following his nomination by the Premier of Alberta, the Hon. Jason Kenney.
The Advisory Council is responsible for ensuring that Alberta's French-speaking population, in all its geographic, cultural and demographic diversity, is represented at the provincial level.
Dicky is delighted to be able to build the capacity of Alberta's francophone community through his participation in the Alberta Advisory Council. He is ready to work tirelessly to build an inclusive Francophonie that serves French-speakers from all walks of life in Alberta.
