Recently CANAVUA has gained a new partnership with the Institut Guy-Lacombe de la famille. The Institut Guy-Lacombe de la famille is a family resource centre that
focuses on providing support for French-speaking families in Edmonton,
Alberta. They have many services such as after-school daycare, a
library, and many other resources available to help French families. In
addition, the Institut Guy-Lacombe and CANAVUA have partnered together
to deliver food and vegetables to people who live in the city. A family
member must be pregnant, or the family must have children under six
years old in the household to access these services.
